CLERMONT COUNTY AUDITOR’S LEVY CALCULATOR NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
September 16, 2026
BATAVIA, OH — Clermont County Auditor Linda L. Fraley announced that the Auditor’s online Levy Calculator has been updated to help property owners estimate the potential real estate tax impact of proposed property tax levies appearing on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot.
“Voters should be able to understand how a proposed levy may affect their own property before casting their ballot,” Auditor Fraley said. “Our Levy Calculator provides property specific estimates so taxpayers can make informed decisions based on their property’s value and the levies applicable to where they live.”
Property owners can access the calculator through the Auditor’s Property Search at clermontauditor.org. Users may search by owner name, property address or parcel number, select their property and view the estimated annual cost of the proposed levies applicable to that parcel.
The following property-tax measures are currently listed by the Clermont County Board of Elections as approved for the November 3 ballot:
- Batavia Township Fire and EMS — An additional 8.4-mill continuing levy to provide and maintain a fire and emergency medical services department (Collection in calendar year 2028).
- Bethel-Tate Local School District — Renewal of a 5.48-mill levy for five years to pay current operating expenses.
- Clermont County Children Services — Renewal of a 0.8-mill levy for five years to support children services and the care and placement of children.
- Union Township Safety Services — An additional 1.99-mill continuing levy to provide and maintain police, fire and emergency medical services.
- U.S. Grant Joint Vocational School District — A 1.15-mill bond issue for 37 years, together with an additional 0.84-mill continuing tax levy, for general permanent improvements and payment of annual debt charges on the bonds.
- Washington Township Police, Fire and EMS — An additional 5.5-mill levy for five years for police, fire and ambulance services.
Not every property owner will vote on every levy. The measures appearing on an individual ballot depend on the school district, township, municipality or other taxing jurisdiction in which the voter resides.
The Levy Calculator provides estimates for informational purposes only. Actual taxes may differ because of final property values, state tax calculations, applicable reductions or credits, and other factors. Inclusion of a levy in the calculator does not constitute an endorsement of or opposition to any ballot measure by the Clermont County Auditor’s Office.
