The Clermont County Auditor’s Levy Calculator is now available online.

The Clermont County Auditor’s Levy Calculator is now available to help owners estimate the potential real estate tax impact of proposed property tax levies appearing on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot.  Property owners can access the calculator through the Auditor’s Property Search at clermontauditor.org. Users may search by owner name, property address or parcel number, select their property and view the estimated annual cost of the proposed levies applicable to that parcel.

IMPORTANT: Our Levy calculator estimates the cost of a proposed additional levy by applying the full voted millage rate to the property’s tax year 2025 value. The estimate does not include any first-year tax reduction factor that may subsequently be calculated and certified by the Ohio Department of Taxation under Ohio law. If the levy is approved, the actual amount charged may be different than the estimate shown. Final taxes will also depend on the property’s certified value, classification, eligibility for exemptions or credits, and all applicable state-certified tax rates and reduction factors. This calculator is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to support or oppose any ballot issue.
